Carpihorolgists

Nastrix Watch

Nastrix Watch

If you are a wrist watch fancier or a wrist watch collector, you may have wondered if there is a name out there to describe your particular avocation.

I have not found one so I would like to suggest one.

Here is my modest proposal…

Since “carpi” is the word for “wrist” in Latin, and “horologium” is the word for “clock” in Latin, why not combine the two, and think of your self as a “carpihorologist”, in other words, a person interested in wrist watches.

‘Makes perfect sense to me!
